About myself
I moved here to Colorado Springs in 2005 from Kansas City because I love the mountains and the weather is awesome. I was sick of renting and in 2009 was looking to buy a house but bought a fourplex instead. I work a w2 job measuring granite countertops and at the time thought it would be wise to live for free. I rent out 2 of the units, and am remodeling one for vacation rental. After just recently being introduced to bigger pockets by an investor and friend of mine I got the investor fever.
