I have a background in construction, having grown up in a family-owned construction business, along with early experience as a licensed realtor. I transitioned into the corporate world and have spent the past 20 years working with two Fortune 25 companies, developing a strong foundation in operations, financial analysis, and disciplined decision-making. For the past 10 years, I have been actively investing in real estate, with a focus on multifamily. My approach is value-driven, with an emphasis on underwriting, risk management, and identifying opportunities where pricing and fundamentals align. I am currently expanding into additional acquisition opportunities, including select residential properties that meet investment criteria.
