Ryan Hourigan

Thanks for visiting my profile! I am a husband, father and dog dad who loves to surround myself with family and friends. My family and I reside in northern NJ and love to travel and explore new places. My day job is as a Product Manager in CRM tools and my "part-time" gig is as a volunteer Firefighter in my town. I have experience working in sales, account management and systems support. Like many others, I have the desire to reach financial freedom through real estate. My idea of financial freedom is to have the ability to pick what I get to do each weekday. My near term goal is to bring in enough passive income through REI that it allows my wife to decide if she wants to work or stay home with our children. I would like to establish my "Core Four" so that I can achieve my goals through long-distance real estate investing.
