Ryan Hammel

I grew up in Northern Illinois and moved to Southern California in high school. I graduated from college in 2008 with a degree in Business and obtained my CA Real Estate License soon thereafter. I was hired on as an associate broker with a small commercial real estate firm which I left in 2012 to head the flipping operations of a real estate investment firm in Newport Beach, CA. After moving to Colorado in 2015, I obtained my Colorado Broker's License in order to continue helping clients achieve their real estate dreams as well as invest in my own flips. I also own a local painting company in Denver, Next Gen Painting, which I started in March of 2015.
