Hi. I'm seeking passive investment and Co-Sponsor opportunities within the Texas Triangle, OKC, and Arkansas. My contribution(s) consist of sourcing deals, "boots-on-the-ground" asset management, and covering all up front risk capital. Currently, I am employed in the underwriting group of an agency multifamily debt lender in Frisco, TX where I underwrite Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans for market rate and affordable (LIHTC / Section 8) multifamily properties nationwide. Formerly, I was employed as a financial analyst at GM Financial in Fort Worth, TX where I worked on the auto lease product; specifically, modeling profitability, identifying market and portfolio trends, and developing pricing, credit, and volume strategies that align with company objectives in order to optimize profitability of the US auto lease product.
