I’m a newbie!. I attend local groups, read tons of books, listening to podcasts, and watching videos. I hired an attorney to create contracts, set up an LLC for protection and tax benefits, created a call script, and typed up a basic business plan to get started. I started driving for dollars and analyzing properties to get a feel for it. My goal is to own 10-15 cash flowing rentals in Kansas City within the next 3 years. I have completed two homestead flips that were profitable.
