Ryan Kauffman

I've been investing in real estate for over 20 years. I've got a solid background as a real estate investor of Single Family Residences. Over the years, I purchased houses, rehabbed them and then rented them out. Most of all of them have been great, but there were definitely speed bumps along the way. After the corporate world decided to relocate some of their employees I decided to switch gears and got my real estate license. If you are looking for an agent with Investment Property experience as an owner, let me know how I can help!
