I am a seasoned real estate investor and tech entrepreneur having been involved in close to $750 million in investment transactions over the last 10 years. My experiences have ranged from ground up development to value add and non-performing debt acquisitions in grocery anchored and big box retail, urban office, and multifamily. Currently I am running a venture-backed insure-tech company focused on commercial and multifamily risk management and insurance. We provide a more transparent tech enabled approach to real estate property insurance through the use of digital technology, machine learning, and matchmaking algorithms to better help owners match their assets with the right carriers, which is currently missing in the marketplace.
