Ryan O'Donnell

I'm a framing and remodeling contractor in Bozeman, Montana. I am currently a novice real estate investor reading, listening and analyzing deals. I am interested in small multifamily 1-4 units to start my investing with a house hack and over the next 4-6 years build equity and cash flows for larger commercial multifamily properties. Currently, I am planning to move to a more promising area where I can both grow my frame/remodel contracting business and use my knowledge and skills as a carpenter to rehab buy and hold investments and flip equity investments in the multi-family arena.
