I’m an investor, owning several properties in various places. I’m all for learning from others, learning about new markets, and growing my portfolio! Experience: I own the home where I live, and currently own a few rentals. Real Estate Goals: Definitely buy and hold. Build up a portfolio of rental properties, maximizing cash flow. From there, scale to multi-family. Currently Seeking: Seeking SFR (3-bedroom, 1 or 2 bath, depending on the metro area) or duplex.
