I have been involved in real estate investing since 2011. I have some buy and hold rentals as well as a few flips under my belt. I am always looking for new people to learn from as well as work with. Experience: In 2011, my wife and I purchased our first rental and had 3 doors within the year. As the market has continued to climbed, we have flipped 10 other properties and purchased a complex with a partner that added 12 doors, a laundromat business, and 123 storage units. Our local market is relatively small and very hot, so more rentals are hard to come by. We are continually looking to add more doors or properties to flip. There are also some interesting commercial properties that I believe syndication would work well on, so I am trying to get more education on that. Real Estate Goals: To always continue learning. While some properties lend themselves to only one use, most have multiple uses if you have the knowledge and creativity to see it. I want to advance my investing knowledge so that I can always find the highest and best use, especially where others don't see it. I am always looking to add doors to my buy and hold portfolio. I am also looking to work on larger deals, either through syndication or with individual money partners. Currently Seeking: Education, properties that have room for value add, and commercial deal partners.
