Aloha! I am a Realtor, property manager, and investor living on the Big Island of Hawaii. I have been in real estate in one form or another since 2004, I have experience in commercial/leasing, long-term and vacation rental management, and residential sales. I've transacted all over Florida, SF Bay Area in CA, and now on the Big Island.. Like many millennials, I was hit by one economic blight after another as I was trying to build a base, but finally found a way to get into the game. After successfully converting my first Brrr, I'm looking to add that last "r" and repeat! I'm looking for the next deal currently and am open to all avenues/markets for real estate investing. I’m looking for both fix and flips as well as buy and hold for cash flow. I’m looking forward to connecting with others who are like minded and interested in helping each other grow.
