Ryan Van Fleet

Budding entrepreneur with a small but growing background in Real Estate. I currently have a portfolio of two properties that where originally purchased for the purposed of my habitation with intention of being converted into rentals. I'm breaking even and growing their equity, which is a start. My next deal will be struck with the sights of making rental income. I'm interested in the income property aspect of real estate investing and am looking to network with people as potential partners, mentors, investors, as well as trading notes. On a more personal note I'm a software engineer with a Physic and Music Business background. I'm excite to get my hands dirty in the industry and begin to put my engineering and analytical training to work. Outside of real estate my interests include self improvement, weight lifting, freediving, and fishing. My current favorite book is "Think and Grow Rich". If you haven't read it I recommend it. Every investment, self-help guru mentions this book as an influence at some point.
