Hello community: I've been wanting to start investing in real estate for a few years but personal and work committments continue to get in the way. However, I recently came into a nice sum of cash and feel more confident to purchase my first property. Although the prospect of it is a bit unnerving, I keep telling myself it was that way for everyone. At some point, you have to take a leap of faith. So now is my time.
