Hi, I'm a first-time rental property investor, looking for any advice, guidance, and feedback any can give to help support my efforts towards financial freedom! I am looking to invest in Cincinnati Oh and Detroit Mi. I am originally from Detroit and want to invest back in my city. My goal is to have 10 doors by the time I'm 40.
