I'm currently investing in multi-family units which is new for me. I've previously invested in single-family dwellings. I'm buying foreclosures, most of which need extensive work. I'm looking for free advice and counsel since this is a new area for me. I particularly need advice on how to rehab a building. I'm looking at a 16 unit building, in a working class neighborhood and near a military base. Please share any "watch outs."
