I have been an attorney for 23 years, practicing mainly in the areas of estate planning, real estate, business and self-directed IRAs. I advise real estate investors about legal issues and vacation rental issues and am a frequent guest speaker on estate planning, real estate investing and asset protection topics. I am also a licensed REALTOR and a Section 1031 Qualified Intermediary.
