Samara Jenkins

Hello, I'm Samara, and I bring over 25 years of experience in various facets of real estate. My background is rooted in Accounting and Business Management, skills I've applied to establish and oversee multiple Construction, Development, and Project Management companies. Additionally, I served as an MLO prior to the 2008 shutdown. Following that, I collaborated with Private Lenders to facilitate Business Loans. Presently, I've forged connections with Private Money Lenders specializing in Non-Owner Occupied Real Estate Investments. The challenge now lies in having more access to funds than available opportunities! Beyond my professional pursuits, I find joy in outdoor activities, particularly at the beach. Family time with my children is a priority, and I also cherish moments at the dog park with my handsome Shar-pei.
