Sam Dennis

So Cal native looking to branch out into real estate investment. I’m in the information and education stage and looking to expose myself to as much as I can. I’ve spent most of my career in the commercial roofing industry. I’m based on the border of San Bernadino and LA countries but my job takes me all over Southern California. I often perform roof assessments and, in the spirit of making contacts and bringing value, am happy to have a look at any property you are interested in and give my opinion of the current state of the roof. This would include current performance, maintenance needed, and length of time before reroof is necessary as well as estimated budget numbers.
