I've just started looking to get into the RE trade. I am active duty Army and plan to wholesale part time and eventually graduate into flipping my and then holding. I firmly believe in being honest and fair in all aspects of life and this has lead me to a successful military career. With enough education and commitment I know I can find success in this industry as well. The real reason this is important to me is so that I can stop spending months at a time away from my family and eventually have the ability to live comfortably and devote my time and energy to raising my son right and helping others achieve success. I know this won't happen without an incredible amount of work and patience but it's time to get started.
