Sam Lewis

I currently work a full-time W2 job and am slowly developing a passion for real estate on the side. During a 1-year job assignment in Syracuse, NY, the rental availability was so low and expensive that I found it would be cheaper to get my own place. I ended up buying a duplex and house hacking it, and that's how I got started. I'm currently in the process of buying my 2nd multi-family home.
