Sam DeLaurentis

I have been in the Real Estate Investing business for nearly ten years. I have been involved in purchasing and selling non performing and performing notes, rehab properties, short sales, probate, and wholesaling. I love real estate investing. I have a great feeling when I am able to help a person/family out of a tough situations that they found themselves in. I have also been doing sales for ten years. Outside sales, b2b, b2consumer, internet sales, telesales, etc. I come with high energy and a positive attitude. I am always thinking outside the box. I love to research and come up with new ideas on how to make something better. I was in the mortgage industry for around eight years. I did it all. From being a Processor, to Loan Officer, to Operations Manager. I have been a Loan Officer Manager and Processing Manager too.
