Sam Swenson

Hi, my name is Sam Swenson and I am a real estate investor based out of the MSP area. I started in real estate when I was 23 by actually flipping mobile homes. This provided me with not only a great way to get into REI with little capital, but it also provided a great learning experience as I got to go through the entire process at a smaller scale. I currently fix and flip homes in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. I am always looking for partners, so message me if you're interested. I am an avid traveler. IPA lover. Reluctant Vikings fan. Bookworm. And lifelong learner. The ultimate goal for me, like many others, is to have enough cash flow that allows me to do more of the things I love and to spend more time with the people I love.
