I'm a new investor seeking guidance from more tenured real estate investors, with the hopes of growing my real estate portfolio exponentially. Investing emphasis lies within multi-family properties, with the hope to eventually scale up to apartment complexes; using saved up cash flow, and built equity through smaller deals. Currently running a property services business, and plan on teaming up with a fellow investor to launch a short term rental property management company this year.
