I am a passionate rental property investor and landlord with two rental properties. Both of these properties my wife and I house-hacked. We lived in a triplex for almost three years, and now we house hack a side-by-side duplex. For both of these investments, we made cosmetic upgrades (paint, carpet, etc.), increased rents and found fantastic tenants. I have expanded my knowledge of real estate over the past several years and I am thirsty for more. My goal is to continue to grow my portfolio with buy and hold real estate and meet many more people through Bigger Pockets along the way!
