I am currently investing in residential single family homes (buy/hold rentals), and I would eventually like to look into or invest in multi-family/ unit homes and distress properties (flipping). I am trying to further educate myself and improve my knowledge on potential properties in the area and network with like minded investors. Experience: I am a beginner investor and just closed on my first investment property (buy/hold rental). Real Estate Goals: Currently my goals are: Creating a real estate portfolio that will supplement my retirement income (short term) Wealth creation (building wealth) long term Currently Seeking: Looking for any advice, lessons learn or guidance in investing in Residential Single Family Homes in the Fayetteville area. I am currently utilizing the buy/hold rental strategy. I'm looking for any recommended markets or best areas to buy, recommended CPAs, Property Managers, or Realtors. Not limiting myself to Single Family Homes, any guidance on Multi-family/units or distress properties (flipping) would also be warranted.
