Samuel Luebbe

Hello, my name is Sam Luebbe. I am active duty Warrant Officer in the Army. Been rocking this Army gig for 22 years now and starting to transition into more real estate. Not sure when I will hang it up but it won’t be much longer. My wife and I have just started the last couple years buying some properties. We bought a SFH in KS that we did a live and flip. We also bought a duplex in the same town that was a foreclosure and fixed the minor damages. We also have another property in TN that was where I had been stationed before. All those are being rented. With being new to the RE investing we have been reading books and listening to pod casts like mad to get more knowledgeable. What I want to do is mover over into small commercial multifamily investments. Still a little apprehensive on changing over but we think it will be a good move for expanding our portfolio.
