Samuel Mack

Samuel Mack is a real estate Investor/acquisitions expert who partners with out-of-state investors to build high-yielding performance portfolios in the Multi Family sector. Samuel began real estate investing in 2004 and by 2007 had amassed a rental portfolio of (7) MF properties and (5) SFH valued at over $3 million. Then, in 2008, Sam's RE business crashed during the Real Estate Bubble and Great Recession losing most of his properties. Fortunately, thanks in large part to his professional network, Samuel has rebounded wiser and stronger with an investment operation backed by over a million dollars in private lender funds. Today, we work with investors from Chicago to Philadelphia to Houston to Las Vegas, helping them analyze, acquire and manage cash flowing real estate across the U.S. Samuel originally joined BiggerPockets in May 2019 and has since become a contributor.
