I began my initial research and education on real estate investments in January of 2019. My goal was to start off with SFH or SMF buy and hold investments. I went into this wanting to purchase properties that needed some work, rehab, rent, refiance and repeat. Over the course of several months, I attended real estate group meetings, read several books on different aspects of REI, met with PM, brokers, bank officials, insurance agents, attorney's, HML's, and CPA's. Result: All of my education and research gave me the ability to put what I learned into action... I closed on a SFH and a 3-Plex in the city of Rochester within the first week of September, 2019! I was able to BRRR the 3-plex and pull out more money than I had into it after the Refinance. Very excited about learning how to scale our business from here!
