Heyyo! I bought my first house hack at the end of 2020. It is in Arkansas and has been lucky enough to see large rent increases in the area in the last year. In addition to renting the other side I rented out the spare bedrooms on my side and my girlfriend was paying rent for half of our room as well! I am moving to the Grand Rapids area so that we can live near our families again, and I am looking for my second house hack. A class B quad is ideal, but I am open to any 2-4 unit multi-family, a house with an ADU, or a mixed unit that is at least 51% residential.
