Sam Wells

I'm an experienced real estate professional on a mission to create value for investors by providing beautiful and functional homes for my tenants. I have a law degree from Columbia but my true passion lies in architecture, design, construction, and deal making. I believe there are few greater thrills than putting together a tight-knit team of professionals who can work together towards a shared goal of creating an outstanding and profitable building, delivered on time and on budget. Looking forward to meeting new people, creating new deals, and learning new things!
