Sandile Ngubeni

Hi My name is Zama Ngubeni born and bred in the hard streets of Johannesburg South Africa, I am sports man by trade but I have a keen interest in property management, my property journey started in 2001 when I looked at my grandfather's house which was built in 1956 and its still standing I was fascinated by the bricks and motar which had build this house and still today it was standing. My property business started in 2009 when I bought my first house referfished it and turned it into a commune with 10 rooms. In my portfolio at present I have 8 houses which I have turned into communes and looking to grow more. My target market is the migrant population of Johannesburg which numbers in millions, I have attracted the best collectors, site managers and tenets over the years because I insist on renting to people who have a pay slip. Though I love sports with all my heart that house built in 1956 still fascinates me and proves that property is a lifetime investment I promise to upload the pictures of my granfathers house soon. I hope to meet like minded property gurus who will help me raise my standards and with the experience gained so far I hope to help millions of people with my knowledge through this site. I am humbled
