I am new to Real Estate Investing. I have been avoiding taking a risk because I did not believe I was not worthy. Well, I am! I am looking forward to the next chapter of my life. I would like to invest in emerging markets. Because I live in the Los Angeles Area, I understand I will have to buy and hold outside of my market area to have some affordability. But I am looking for cash investors who would like to partner on great deals in the Los Angeles, San Bernadino, Riverside, and Ventura Counties who are interested in a great wholesale deal to rehab.
