Pay it forward...real estate is one of the best ways for the average person to build assets and financial security. There are opportunities to match every goal--you just have to know where to start. The thing that makes me happiest is when the lightbulb goes on for someone as they realize real estate is accessible to them, that it's really not some mysterious black hole of voodoo economics. I've been involved in real estate in one way or another since the '90s, at times as a real estate agent, a mortgage broker, an investor, a landlord, from commercial to residential. A rising tide lifts all boats as they say. So, as real estate professionals I believe it's both our privilege and our responsibility to help as many people as possible get into those boats.
