My only experience with real estate so far is buying my home in Indianapolis in 2009. I am an officer in the U.S. Army currently stationed in TX. I have an MBA from the Kelley School of Business. My initial strategy is to buy and hold C-B properties scaling my way up to medium then large sized apartment complexes. Ultimate goal is to own 100 units. Interested mainly in the midwest market, mainly around Indianapolis. Open to joint ventures and partnerships with the right people.
