Just finishing the BP Multifamily Bootcamp and ready to get into my second deal. I've hopped in and out of real estate over the last 20 years. Currently obtaining an investment home HELOC to be used as a downpayment for my next purchase. Goal is to increase passive income. Anchor is ROI.
