I live in Bishkek city, capital of Kyrgyz Republic, post Soviet country located in Central Asia. I am a mid level managet in a local wireless operator company. Invested in 2 newly built condos in the city center, one is finishef, another one is coming by the end of the year. Live in my own house. Zero debt. All purchases are done for cash since bank loans interests are very high here, been saving and investing since 2011. Now collecting cash from my salary to finish first condo and rent it out, then the same with the second property. I wish to learn more about property investment and accelarate my speed in wealth building efforts.
