Hello! I currently have a W-2 job as a healthcare IT analyst. I am married and we have three dogs. Experience: None (yet!) Real Estate Goals: I am interested in a combined strategy of fix and flip and multi-family rentals to eventually create enough cash flow that my husband and I can quit our W-2 jobs and travel the world. Currently Seeking: Multi-family homes either already rented or in need of work before being rented.
