I invest in real estate while working a 9-5 tech job. Currently I have 4 SFH in Central Texas, and I'm about to close on a 5th. I've been doing STRs up until this point, but I just signed a lease with a long term tenant for one property, and the 5th property that I'm about to buy will also be a LTR. I self-manage everything, although I hire people to clean, do maintenance, etc.
