Savannah Coyle

Hello! My name is Savannah. I've lived in the Superior, WI / Duluth, MN area my whole life and this is also where I invest in real estate. I started getting into real estate investing in early 2017 and I'm eager to learn more as I continue forward in this journey. I currently own 16 rental properties. Two duplexes are Duluth, MN, while the rest are in Superior, WI. I own 8 of them in partnerships and the others I’ve been doing property management since 2017 with my own properties and then as a full time profession in 2018. I've worked at 3 different PM companies in that time (all of which were small multi-family companies), and just left my W2 job to focus on investing full time. My goal is to someday branch out into other markets, particularly interested in Colorado, Texas, Arizona, or Florida as I’d like to live in one of those states part time!
