I would consider myself fairly new to the investment space. I found BP in 2021 and am looking forward to connecting with others in the BP Community. My career in the construction industry evolved from my roots as a laborer in California to a Project Manager responsible for the restoration of over 300+ unit multifamily complexes in Orlando. This process led me to meet my former business partner resulting in the formation of Construction Unlimited in 2011. Today, I own and operate Construction Unlimited located in Central Florida. Construction Unlimited is a trusted, locally-owned General Building, Roofing, and Solar Contractor. We provide the best in residential, multifamily, and commercial roofing, framing, and solar solutions. Our experienced team of professionals have replaced thousands of roofs, framed hundreds of custom homes, and completed numerous general construction projects throughout Florida, West Virginia, Kentucky, Ohio. Over the past few years, Construction Unlimited has narrowed its focus to servicing Local, Regional, and National Developers as their "Go To Roofer". We pride ourselves with bringing a level of professionalism and service not normally found in the construction service industry. My portfolio and experience as an investor currently consists of the following: -Five SFR (BRRRR Strategy) located in Central Florida that are currently rented. -Four R-1 lots located in Central Florida for development in 2022-2023 -Eight Residential lots located throughout West Virginia that are currently in development. -One Commercial property located in West Virginia for future development of a 72-unit Apartment Complex.
