About me.. If I can be a full time investor anyone can do it! Bought my first house using a 80/20 stated income loan (a buddy and I had a super small tree service) worked at a bicycle shop also had 2 room mates to pay the note! A year later bought another house in a great area that was falling apart! With no construction experience I borrowed the money for the house and BRRRRED it! (not knowing what I was doing) 10 years later Im in the same house just with quiet a few more! I like buying sfh in bulk!
