Real estate investor in various forms. On the more hands on side I have 5 SFR LTRs. On the hands off side I invest in note funds and private equity offerings. Always looking to expand my education and for more investment opportunities as buy and holds, possible partnerships, and note investing with other like minded investors. I work in the electricity business by day, and dream to one day have my real estate investments and me do all of the work as real estate investing is much more of a passion. Always looking to learn and meet with others that are interested in the same.
