Scott Armantrout

I retired from the Army after 20 years of active service two years ago. During my career I bought and lived in two houses, renting them out after I moved. This was done more out of necessity than deliberate investing. That said I've carried rental property since 2008. Over the last two years I've been working diligently to complete my degree. I plan to graduate this summer. With school wrapping up and a desire to learn more about investing, I joined bigger pockets. I want to expand my holdings, create passive income, and ultimately leave a legacy form my children and their children.
