I’m with a nationwide, direct Portfolio Lender, specializing in financing investment and commercial properties. Our focus is on investment properties (Investor SFR, Condos, 2-4 Units), and commercial properties (Multi-family 5+, Mixed-use, Office, Retail, Self-storage, Warehouse, Auto Services, Day Cares, Mobile Home Parks, etc.). Experience: I’ve been in financial services for over 15 years, I’ve owned a number of properties. However my focus is on lending, I’ve worked on both sides from residential full doc bank lending to my current area of Investment/Commercial lending which I’ve found is better suited for true Investors. With me, I look at each situation differently and try to find creative ways to make the deal work. I have tons of resources and connections that can make any deal work if it makes sense. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to find a lending solution for anyone that is in need of financing to make their investment work for them.
