Hi I'm Scott. I am a REALTOR® in North Orange County, California. I am both a listing agent and a buyers agent. My wife Rachel and I love to go out with friends, meet new people, travel, and spend as much time as possible with our amazing family. I am a proud uncle of 4 Nephews and 3 Nieces. My 3 siblings have been busy over the last decade, adding to our already huge family. After stumbling across the Bigger Pockets Podcast, I quickly decided to join the community. Since, I have read The Book on Rental Property Investing and The Book On Investing In Real Estate with No (and low) Money Down. Real Estate investing has always been a "one day" goal for me, but Bigger Pockets has shown me that "one day" is possible today. My wife and I would like to find our first BRRRR deal within the year. I hope to find a mentor, I hope to learn from the Bigger Pockets Community to make sure we do it right, find a great deal, and repeat.
