Focused investor continuing to build upon consistent routines and wealth through rentals. I currently have 2 short-term rentals at the Lake of the Ozarks (a 3 bedroom rehab and a 2 bedroom that both have produced consistently at a combined 45% CoCROI). These two were our 2nd and 3rd properties and we’ve since focused on coming back to SFRs in the St. Louis area (St. Louis City, St. Louis County, Jefferson County, and Franklin County) to BRRRR for passive income. In 2020 we successfully BRRRRed a 3 bedroom property in Pacific, MO resulting in a 94% CoC ROI and $315/mo cash flow. We’re currently seeking more SFHs and considering building our first rental on an empty lot that we picked up at a great price. I am also a local lender for a private bank which allows me to meet with other investors and discuss various financing options that we’re all looking for.
