I started my real estate investor journey in May 2021 when I bought my first SFH and rented it as a LTR. Since then, my wife and I have purchased 3 more properties - 3 more LTR units locally and 1 STR unit that is out of state in Asheville, NC with our business partner. One of these deals was a partnership where I found the deal and my business partner brought 100% of the cash to close funds to the table and I am into it for $0. My passion is short term rentals and I plan to continue to expand in that space. My wife and I would love to buy properties throughout the US in locations that we like to travel to so we can profit off of them all year long and stay there occasionally during down times.
