I am a Real Estate investor with over 20 years of construction management experience. From large scale commercial site development, residential multi-family development and ground up new construction, large scale condo conversions and renovations including churches and warehouses. I am currently flipping upscale condos and single family homes in Philadelphia. I am activity shifting focus to larger multi-family properties to buy and hold.
