Scott Herrmann

I am a father of five and living in the South Charlotte area. I have over 20 years experience in several facets of commercial and residential real estate combined with several years as an executive for startup and high growth oriented businesses in other industries. I've worked in Indianapolis, St. Louis, Seattle, and now Charlotte, NC where I'm currently the Chief Operating Officer of an e-commerce company. I am starting this business on a part-time basis to get back into the real estate industry to pursue my passion. Ultimately my goal is to build a company to support our family's growing financial needs and achieve retirement objectives, and that provides a work-style and lifestyle I will enjoy for years to come. In addition, my hope is that our business and its success will benefit and bless the customers, partners, investors, lenders, vendors, and other individuals we encounter throughout our journey.
